These Terms govern your use of the Petanna Home Nest Studio at petanna.shop, operated by PETANNA PET SUPPLIES LIMITED (company number SC502930). By using the studio you agree to these Terms.

What Petanna is

Petanna is an online planning tool. It builds digital nest boards and suggests ordinary pet accessories arranged into Nest, Play, Clean and Store zones. Petanna is not a breeding, pet sitting, veterinary, medical, training or safety certification service, and it does not provide health advice. Boards are suggestions to help you arrange a comfortable home corner.

Credits

  • Board generation uses credits from your balance.
  • Credit packs and monthly plans are priced in USD ($).
  • Because checkout is not yet enabled, no credits are sold or charged at this time.

Orders and payment

Accessory prices are listed in USD ($). Our payment provider is pending, so placing items in a basket does not create a paid order and no payment is collected. When secure checkout is enabled, order terms will be confirmed at that time and prices will remain in USD.

Acceptable use

  • Use the studio only for lawful, personal pet-home planning.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse the service.
  • Do not rely on boards as professional advice of any kind.

Availability

We aim to keep the studio available but may update, pause or withdraw features without notice. Boards and suggestions are provided on an “as is” basis.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PETANNA PET SUPPLIES LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the studio or from decisions made based on a nest board.
