Refund & Shipping Policy

This policy covers credits and ordinary accessories offered by PETANNA PET SUPPLIES LIMITED through the Petanna Home Nest Studio. All amounts are in USD ($).

Current status

Checkout is not yet enabled and our payment provider is pending. No payment is collected at this time, so no charges have been made to refund. The terms below will apply once secure checkout is live.

Studio credits

• Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in USD, provided fewer than 20% of the credits have been used.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current paid month. Credits already added remain usable that month.

Accessory returns

• Unused accessories in their original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price in USD.
• To start a return, email support@petanna.shop with your order reference.
• Return shipping is arranged with you by email; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

Shipping

• Flat shipping of $6 within the standard delivery area.
• Free shipping on accessory orders over $49.
• All shipping charges are shown and calculated in USD ($).
